I made some pcb layouts for myself. I can do this no problem. The layout would be made in the program EAGLE.

I see that your needs are based on controlling relays module from Arduino. So programming arduino outputs connected to the relays, we can achieve that, just have to specify details of How do you wish to interact with those outputs? by sensors? commands from a specific protocol? any else?
