OpenPGP > PGP app developer needed for communication, from Android to Blackberry users. As soon as possible, Encryption, Key-Generation, Send encrypted mail, Receive encrypted mail, Decrypt received mail - all in one application.
We need only true specialists!
We need an "all-in-one" application by using existing open-source applications, to combine APG / OpenKeyChain with K-9 mail or Squeaky Mail.
Goal is that we can communicate with friends that use Blackberry PGP,- they use Blackberry phones with installed PGP messenger and PGP server.
Yet, we have Android smartphones, and we want to communicate with our Blackberry PGP friends.
Do you have knowledge / experience with APG / OpenKeyChain <combination>K-9 mail or Squeaky Mail ? - We want our own easy to use PGP mail application, with automatic key-generation + message encryption within same application.
Currently, the a user has to copy-paste encrypted key / message from APG -or- OpenKeyChain to a mail client. We do not want this, we want this combined so it becomes more easy.
How it should work:
> Sender
- The sender composes an email message and hits Send.
- The message is compressed.
- Our own PGP application creates a random, one-time Session Key that's used to encrypt the compressed email message on the sender's Android smartphone. This Session Key will also be required to decrypt the message.
- The Session Key is then encrypted using the recipient's public key, which is specifically tied to the recipient's BlackBerry. Decryption can only be done using a private key held by the recipient, on that device.
- The encrypted email and encrypted Session Key are both sent to the recipient.
If the message happens to be intercepted at this point, it will be meaningless because both the email and Session Key are encrypted and can only be decrypted with the recipient's private key.
> Recipient
- Receives the email.
- PGP automatically decrypts the Session Key with the recipient's private key. Note that only the recipient knows their own private key, and Myntex does not know any clients' private keys. This key is tied to a single Blackberry device so no other person or device is able to decrypt the Session Key.
- PGP uses the Session Key to decrypt the compressed email message.
- PGP decompresses the message.
- The recipient can read the email.
