Artificial intelligence project.

This is an AI project of simulating Autonomous aircrafts. (communicating agents problem) We must have a map generator (to show our aircraft can work different on different scenarios) And we need to be able to set the number of the drones, bases, intruders, civilians (shouldnt be killed) and fuel capacity of our drones. In the generated map we must have a base, which from our aircrafts will fly, and return for fuel, we must have intruders in our map which must be located and to be killed by our drones. We need to have more than one aircrafts. so that they can communicate each other when they are on a mission of killing the intruders. Our map needs to have some obstacles. A* search must be used. C# or Java preferred. We must be able to set the number of our drones before starting the simulation. We must be able to set the difficulty of the map. (obstacles/enemy number/fuel capacity) ******For the short term, only one aircraft one base a few obstacles on map and one intruders is fine. (will be generated) and i need that one ASAP. Then if i agree with the same coder we can add more stuff and work on this project again. So it is a long term project but i need the one with single aircraft single intruder single civilian single airbase and a few obstacles on the map one As soon as possible. No advanced graphics required!!!! simple vision of what i have on my mind is attached.
