Create a Flash Banner with Java Navigation Above

We need someone that can quickly make a Flash banner with Java navigation above it. Attached is a photo shop sample of what we want. The Flash well have something a little different, we want the slogan: Don't Depend on Luck. Depend on Professionals. to come in like someone is hand writing it on the screen, once the full slogan is written on the screen in a hand written style we want it to fade directly into a typed version of the slogan. Then at the corner of the flash banner we want this written in handwritten style: Stephen M. Noton Senior SEM/SEO Consultant This will come in last and also come in in the same way as if someone actually was writing on the screen. The menu bar above will be done in JavaScript and will include drop down menus to access sections within each of the categories. Also on this java menu we need some nice little icon animation just so give some interaction when uses open the java drop down box. This all has to be built to fit into the same space that the sample image attached is and it the finished product must be able to fit into our current website in place of the attached image.
