I need someone who can develop a MSN installer application. In short it needs to be a programm where a user can manually select a wink or image and install these in MSN. The software must be language file based and automatically (on startup) check for updates online. If possible there must be a function that converts an image to a .swf and then installs it as a wink. I prefer the software to be written in VisualBasic 2005. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Bart
