Californian attorney to file a Law Suit for Damages, tortious conduct and business interference

I am looking to file a complaint, that should focus on a company tortious conduct, which means “to the extent Plaintiff's claims arise from Defendant's tortious conduct related to something other than the content of the advertisements. The Facts of the case are: 1. I developed a reputable and marketable image on Facebook. 2. I relied on said reputation and image for a living. 3. When Facebook took action against my pages, they harmed my reputation and image. 4. If Facebook can provide proof that this decision was based on my violation of the terms of service, then i will analyze that info. However, since I have not violated any terms of service, your client will not be able to offer any such proof and Facebook’s terms of service will show that they had no reason to take action. As such, the case will continue. 5. Facebook’s actions are capricious at best and malicious at worst as evidenced by the fact that my pages were restored when I appealed but for only one day. And, now your client is telling me that I have to appeal again. What could I have possibly done on that one day to warrant Facebook taking action against me again? 6. My damages are not insignificant which will not be hard for the trier of facts to understand. Everyone knows how Facebook works. The idea that someone built up a substantial and reputable presence is not hard to grasp. And, the fact that people make money off of said presence will also not be hard for someone to understand. 7. Bottom line: I profit from my Facebook presence, Facebook harmed my reputation by taking unfounded action against me, and I suffered damages.
