On April 16th, I received a warning on my Amazon seller account indicating potential patent infringement related to a listing that I had recently joined as a merchant for dropshipping. The listing in question was unlisted from June 2023 to 13 April 2024 and on 14th April "me too" listing offer was activated. On 16th April got a warning from Amazon for patent infringement, upon learning about the potential infringement, I immediately on 16th April deleted the listing and submitted an explanation to Amazon, stating that as a new seller, I was unaware of the violation and took prompt action to rectify the situation. Subsequently, Amazon removed the warning from my seller account, and I believed the issue had been resolved. However, on April 26th, I received an email from the United States District Court about a lawsuit filed by XXX for patent infringement. The court instructed me to hire a lawyer and submit my response within 21 days. As a small seller, I am deeply troubled by this legal challenge and feel overwhelmed by the prospect of navigating it alone. Experience in similar cases is highly valued. Hello, I can help you out in the infringement lawsuit. First we need to examine what does notice says and how are you infringing. Then we can draft an appropriate response to file in the court.
