craigslist bulk mailer

I need a mailing program that will mail to specific craigslist advertisers by running a bot on the site to pickup email addresses and auto emailing to them using rotating gmail accounts to avoid spam. This could a simple prebuilt software that exists, hence the low price range. I would need to run this on mac. The program need to do the following: 1- I need to be able to mail 1000 - 3000 advertisers daily 2- filters to prevent this so the program needs to work around them and get delieveries in the inbox. 3- I do have new craigs ads daily to test mailing to. 4- Some programs use templates or tags to changed the ads so the emails are not all the same. Phrases like: friend, buddy Mr. Sir, God BLess. 5- I am available to answer questions. Regarding pay. I will only pay after I test your working program. I am going to pay you what we agreed on and will do in a timely manner.
