C# .net App needs Crystal Reports Added

EXPERIENCE with .net Crystal Reports is a MUST. Currently using VS 2008, C# application reads in information for a number of files to construct collections in memory. I need someone to add crystal reports to report off of these collections. I expect a high level of expertise for rapid turnaround, this is not to be a learning experience. I am looking for an individual who is professional, meets commitments and communicates both progress and problems regularly. Once up and running, more reporting requirements will surface and expand on this project. There are existing reports in Excel that will be used as a model, excel skills will be very useful in this project. Provide Qualifications, rate, and availability. This is an immediate need, so if you are tied up on other projects, please pass on this one.
