I have a project for a large residential complex, where a directory has to be created for all the residents. Each entry has to be with all the details of the individual apartments along with area, date of purchase, owner profile, telephone no. and intercom no. The main work will be to generate reports and search criteria on various column(s) in the database. The software will be installed in the intranet of the complex for official use and need to be developed in ASP.net and C#. Ajax toolkit may be used if required. My budget is max. $30. Please do not bid more than that.

Dear Sir, As per my understanding, You want one form to use for entering data. And a report to display the data. The report should have filtering option. I will also provide export to excel or PDF for the report if needed. There will be only one user (admin) who can view the report or export it. If my understanding is correct, i am ready to begin now and complete it within a days time. We will use Telerik Controls with ASP.NET. I think that should be ok with you as long as the code works as desired. Let me know, i am ready to start now.

Small user base and intranet. I can do it in asp.net and MS Access/ My SQL ( unless you have a database already). AJAX toolkit might not be necessary( can use Jquery if needed).
