Coder and 2d/3d artist needed for Mud

Well were to start, I have a programmer (coder) and an artist already but am looking for more (yes more then one hopefully) to help with coding a Mud, which to start with will likely to be using the Smaug server but will hopefully be making new server/game from total scratch, so experience with this will help... Looking for a coder who can do C# C/C++ VB and others. And a 2D/3D artist, 2D for object/display pics and 3D aritst for room images and character veiw. All coders hired will receive a staff character with bonuses such as extra in-game commands, chance to use your skill in a freindly enviroment and If the game becomes a pay2play in the near future all staf members can have a free staff account and may even earn a percentage of the mopney made if they spend alot of time/effort on the game and are commited and useful.....Other bonuses will be given when they are available....The game is in early stages of development which is a good thing, gives you more freedom... Get me on aim LLDenvar for urther info. ## Deliverables All codes from other sources other then your own mind must be noted as so, their is really not a set thing for you to do, as i am looking for a coder/programmer to be with us long term.... Mustspend at least 15hours a week doing coding or coming up with new coding ideas and must meet all deadlines unless acceptable exscuse given.....all guidlines will be given at time needed. ## Platform Windows NT/XP/9x/2000 and also unix, maybe Linux.
