Content Uploader/Web Form Filler - Quality Coder Needed!

I am after a simple web OR desktop application, that will upload content into an online form. The online form is part of an online SEO membership system, and the content is uploaded in order to create backlinks for my websites. That's really all you need to know about why the software needs to do the following tasks. The software needs to include the following features: * ability to upload 2 seperate sets of data into the webform, and once one variable of each set of data has been uploaded (the post title, and actual post content) the data should be deleted from its source so as to avoid using the same data twice * fastest web form completion as possible. The program needs to enter the 2 sets of data as quickly and efficiently as possible. Time is money regarding the use of this software. * the ability to select from a drop down list of keywords, based on a preselected % variable (so at the start, I would select the % for position 1 in the drop down menu, % percentage for position 2, etc) upto 3-4 positions. (this part is not as important, but if it can be done, it would be great) * Multiple Project handling - (watch video) different bubbles at the start represent different projects. It would be great if the software could remember settings (data sources, and drop down selection) for multiple different projects. I guess the best way to organize this would be with a "create project" option, and then a "projects" area, where I could go into different projects, delete certain ones, add new ones, etc * error handling - the software needs to recognise when the internet is not loading or displaying the necessary web pages correctly, and if after a certain amount of waiting the web page does not load, the software needs to sound an alarm to alert me of it's problem, and then pause it's operation - also, the software should recognise the web pages required for use, and pause itself if for some reason an unrecognised web page is loaded - if possible, the ability to work for any different screen size, resolution (this was a problem passing my winautomation job onto other users) * the ability to be edited later on (source code), if the web form positions for example should change * easy to use, smooth, graphically clean UI, as it's possible that I may want to pass this on for others to use Please watch the 2 videos (5 mins each) for more clarification on what im after/how this needs to work [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The cost for creating this software is still debatable to some degree, as I am not 100% sure how difficult this will be to develop.
