Automatic Email system

I need to have an automatic email tool built to add into one of my web sites The system needs to send emails out automatically to members. The way it needs to work is as follows: When a new member signs up for an account on our site their email address is dropped into the emailing sending database. From there the email system will email them one of the emails that are preloaded into the system. The system will need to be able to have html emails and plain text emails loaded into it. It will also track the exact time that a new member’s email address was loaded into the system. All emails that are loaded in to the system will be given a send time, the send time is picked by the admin user (see screen shot Zip file) that loads the email into the system, i.e. an administrator will load email one into the system and pick from a drop down list when they want the member to receive the message for example they may chose 48 hours from sign up for email 1, and 72 for email 2 and 240 for email 3 and so on. There will need to be an option to remove or update emails. The dropdown list should match the one on the screen shot unless you can think of a better way? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php and mysql
