C# Code FlowChart APP

Hi, What i need is a C# application that will be used as a concept for future upgrades and ported to the web. Right now i need it built in C# with dot net 2.0 framework. The application will have three panes, one on top which will be a tool bar and two at the bottom. Of the two bottom frames, the left hand side will be a properties frame and the right will be the main staging area. The Top tool bar frame will consist of buttons/images which can be placed to the main staging frame via drag & drop or by clicking(this should be able to be done as many times as possible). When an item in the main staging area is selected, the left navigation area should become active, allowing the user to enter a method name and code for the method. Finall a run button will store all information (in an xml file)of code generated as a result of the user building a flowchart type diagram. And attempt to compile and run the code(This does not need to be functional for now) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Visual Studio 2005, C#, XML
