C# WinForm Button Bar (System.Drawing)

I'm looking for someone with a bit of a graphical flair, to create a Button Bar UI control in c#. Perhaps it could be a docked control, with a collection of controls inherited from Form.Button. In your bid specify if you will implement a shadow effect or not, underneath the selected tab.
