**Animated Timeline Software** We are in need of a timelining software that will produce dynamic animated timelines. Coder should have the following skill set: C or similar language Graphic programs To Be considered Coder must submit examples of work that proves ability to accomplish task. list of functions: 1. Events and timeframes entered into tabbed list by form (like outlook calendaring form) 2. The user should be able to select from several timeline graphic styles, icons (that represent the event), box shapes and sizes, font, colors. Prog. must be able to accept new template packets. i.e. new timeline bars, boxes, and icons. 3. Timeline spacing between events should be draggable to illustrate either shortness or longness of time between events. 4. Timeline should have the ability to be sectioned by timeframes to delinate specific sequence of events. 5. Timeline app should have ability of user to present in dual screen mode 6. Timeline app should be able to create snapshots (jpegs) of users current view or whole time line 7. Timeline software must be able to scale to cover time periods as long as 100 years and as short as minutes apart. 8. Timeline should be able to export a flash swf file or a movie file. See attached [login to view URL] for timeline examples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
