There are several tables at the World Health Organization that I want to do some computation with. So I have to scrape the data. For example, here is a table of infant mortality rates.

To get to the data, you have to choose a country from a listbox, then choose a year, then hit a "Go" button. You are then presented with a rather nice HTML table.
The task is to write C# code that will go to the WHO site, select a parameterized country, select a parameterized year, and download the HTML that results. No further parsing or processing is necessary, just return the HTML in a string.
The prototype I want is basically:
string FetchWhoData(string country, string year);
I think this should be fairly easy for someone, but just not me :-)
I have seen answers that involve ASP on the server. I'd rather not do that. I want just a C# client that does it please.
Thanks for your bids. I'll pick someone quickly if it seems they know how to do it and make a reasonable bid.
