Blog Designer Wanted

Dear Coders, I need to get a blog designed in google's blogger platform. It is not a ery big task and i can design it myself but little problems are there. I need to get custome templates like wp-premium red template or Wp polaroid blogger template . These are freely available on eblogtemplates.com. The thing is that u have to configure the various page elements as per my requirement. The text to be put in widgets ....i will provide.....U have to place the elements correctly on page so that it looks nice like a professional blog. After designing u have to tell me the url of blog and then i will tell modifications. After being finalised... u will give me password so that blog will be my property. In a nutshell, U have to just use the freely available theme and customise its widgets as per my needs....not a very long work...hardly takes 2-3 hours.....not a very mind stirring job....just place the things at positions......little bit manupulating...thats all. Being a non professional hobby projects...my budget is not very high.... Pls give your price and show me your experience in designing blog.
