Charity legislation research - Germany and Switzerland

I am looking for a German speaker to conduct 3-4 hours of top-level research into the charity systems in Germany and Switzerland. Key info I'm looking for are: 1. Legal Structures around donations 1.1 Tax System/Incentives 1.2 Overview of charity regulation (and whether there is a charity database available online) 2. Demographics of donors in the countries (total donations per year, numbers of people donating, ages, average donation amount etc.) 3. Types of charity organisations (by sector: eg. percentage of animal charities, homeless charities, medical charities etc.) 4. Number of charities and stats (how many charities in total, % of charities earning each revenue bracket, I did similar research into the UK and Australian markets, and found that there is quite a bit of info available from charity reports, NGOs, etc.
