I am a product developer and I am looking for some help submitting my new product ideas to companies and keeping track of relationships with CRM software. I am looking for an administrative assistant with experience in the following areas:
1. Phone calls or cold calling
2. CRM experience (ideally [login to view URL])
3. Admin
4. Excellent English speaking skills
Initially, I need someone to help me transfer my current excel spreadsheet with 20 companies over to insightly.com.
Then, I need help with submitting my product idea to them. I can provide video training of how to best do this, but it simply involves calling the companies, politely asking if they look at new product ideas, and if so asking how is best to submit to them. Normally, it's via email and I can provide the materials to send at this point.
The work isn't actually cold calling, but oftentimes cold calling experience is useful to know how to get through to the right person. Therefore, experience with making calls and getting through to hard to reach people is necessary for this work.
When companies have reviewed the submission their comments need to be put into the CRM.
I'll also need some help looking up companies phone numbers, time zones, URL and entering it all into the CRM from time to time.
The work is intermittent and at present around 2-3 hours per week on average, and I'm looking for someone with a flexible work schedule. The phone calls are to made Tues - Thurs mostly in the daytime US timezones.
I'm hoping to double or triple this amount as my time becomes more freed up and can create more products to submit.
