Alamaula and mercadolibre online store in Colombia ( English speaking)

I am currently in process of having clothes, namely teeshirts manufactured for sale within Colombia. I require the services of a Spanish/English speaking person (preferably Colombian) with both Ala Maula and Mercado libre experience, for the design and implementation of stores within Ala Maula and Mercado Libre websites. The store designs are to be young, fresh and innovative and most importantly have to stand out from the crowd. I require all the relevant ecommerce infrastructure creating with crisp , clear and informative advice so that I can run the sites smoothly after creation. Sometime in the future I will certainly require a website to be created and possible maintenance of the sites mentioned.
