Courseware Creator for Employee

We need someone that has expertise in creating courseware content based on the information we provide from a big picture standpoint. In particular, we need someone that will create something that is VERY eye-catching and graphical in nature. The course should be about employee satisfaction, employee improvement and how that leads to customer satisfaction. You will be going by certain behaviors we have identified and you will need to create the course based on those behaviors. For example, if we say this person has been identified as someone that is "directing" then you would need to say how that person is to be coached to improve performance and to keep them happy as an employee. The manager or supervisor would be given step by step instructions of how to do this and provided with real world examples. You MUST have an understanding of human behaviors and how they relate within the workplace. We would need to see samples or your work as well as work history. Moreover, we may ask you to send us a one or two page example of how you may present our materials. But if you send us samples of previous work and we seem a sample that appeals to us, then we may go close with that look and feel. However, you still will likely need to prove that
