Looking to hire a Marketing Specialist / Account Manager

Hi all, I am looking to hire a US-based Marketing Specialist / Account Manager to join my Digital Marketing Agency (KA Creative). This would be a part-time contract job and pay would be based on how much work you are able to take on. The full job description is below: The Marketing Specialist / Account Manager will work closely with clients across various industries to meet their specific marketing needs and goals. This may include social media content development and management, online advertising, graphic design (flyers, ads, business cards, etc), website design/management, and more. Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist / Account Manager: - Manage client relationships and projects to meet their specific marketing needs. - Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns. - Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns - Develop and create client marketing materials, such as flyers, ads, and social media content - Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums - Work with external vendors and clients to execute marketing projects. Preferred Qualifications for Marketing Specialist - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in marketing - Strong knowledge of various marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Social Media Management Platforms (Ripl, Hootesuite, etc), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho,), and content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, etc.) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail - Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills - This position is fully remote and is based on a monthly contracted rate which will be determined by the number of clients / projects the Marketing Specialist / Account Manager is able to manage.
