Nobody tells you how hard Amazon is, do they?
Firstly, your project has the ingredients to be a success:
Demand - Amazon customers are buying products in this niche
Differentiation - Your Products can be seen to be different to others on Amazon
Low Competition - Relatively few sellers in the niche, low numbers of sales & reviews.
Order Value - it is worth putting in the work to make it a success.
If you are selling well off-Amazon, you should be able to replicate that success on Amazon - this is why I am interested.
Why isn't it working? The underlying reason is that the focus is on your products & processes. You can see this in the listings (I reviewed 4 parent SKUs) & Facebook/Pinterest/Your website. You are proud of what you do, but this view is not the answer.
Neither is the answer to focus on the customer. Amazon tracks & measures what is good for Amazon - this often coincides with what is good for the customer, that view misses some key elements of a successful strategy. Focus on the customer will help your listings convert, but in order to be shown to the customer, you must first prioritize what Amazon wants.
This is not a final "bid" as I need more information from you & you need clarity on what you need, what I will deliver, and in what time-frame (it is not 2-10 days!). This can only be worked out by two way communication. If you message me, I will tell you some steps you need to take without obligation. If they don't make sense, don't hire me.
