Get approved on Amazon SES (after I got a decline today)

Project Title: Get approved on Amazon SES after I got rejected today. Description: I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me get approved on Amazon SES for my email sending needs. I want to note that I submitted a request a few days ago and I received a response saying that they cannot grant me acces at this time. I want to know if there is a way to resubmit the request and get approved this time. I already tried on the region EU (Frankfurt) with my account. Email Sending Volume: - My current email sending volume is about 5000 per day. (I have around 30k subscribers). - I usually send transactional emails Email Bounce and Complaint Rate: - My current email bounce and complaint rate is less than 5%. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in setting up and managing Amazon SES accounts. - Knowledge of Amazon SES policies and guidelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email deliverability. - Familiarity with email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Understanding of best practices for email marketing and compliance. ---------Here's the first message request: Use case description: The primary reason I'm using Amazon SES is that my WordPress website's transactional emails are sent and delivered to my users. However, I will also send additional follow up emails that may be classified as marketing. The type of content of the emails will be: confirmation emails, order emails, appointment emails, billing emails, updates, educational, notifications. We use "Agree to terms" checkbox confirmation AND double opt-in email confirmation so that we ensure we have high quality users that expect, want and are interested in our emails. Users create a free account on our website and they benefit from our services for free so that later on they may become paying customers. You can see the form where users sign up for a free account if you click on the main button on our website. We also manually review users when they sign up so that we are certain they are a good fit for our services. Our goal is to have users that are in our target audience and not random people that don't even know where the email is coming from. We handle bounces and complaints with a bounce handler using fluentcrm. ---------------Here's 2nd message: We collect emails from users that create a free account on our website (see first screenshot). This free account gives them the following: A simple website that helps them get more leads; an online community of business owners; and access to educational content about marketing and sales. The first email we send is the confirmation email so that they confirm their email address in order to create the free account. (see second screenshot). After users have confirmed their email, they have access to our platform and community. Here they can consume educational content, interact with other members, post new discussions, send private messages, follow other people, etc. Each time they get a notification about their account, they will also receive an email (if they choose so) about that notification. For example, while writing this, a new user followed my account and I got this email (see screenshot 3 - I have covered the user's data). Then users can schedule a call with us if they are interested in becoming a paying client. If they schedule a call with us they will receive reminder emails of the meeting. When they become paying clients, they will get their contract, invoices, updates or other important information through email as well. Also, we send weekly updates to all users about new content that was released, relevant information to their needs, educational emails, tutorials. Some of these emails may be classified as marketing emails as we will ask them to book a free call with us if they need additional help. To give you an example of such email, let's say we add a new tutorial video in our platform. We will send an email telling users about the new video.
