Finish Drawing Activity

Hi, I have a simple Activity and View class that captures a simple black on white drawing. Right now all it does is display what is drawn. The activity and view need to be finished to allow the following: The image stays when the screen is switched between portrait/landscape (Device flipping) The image must be [login to view URL] bitmap that can then be converted to a base64 string and saved to a database. The activity must be able to take the saved base64 string, convert it back to a bitmap and display. Needs to have a Clear button to clear the drawing so it can be started again. You do not need to create any database activity, I just need the base64 string of the image passed to the activity when the back button is pressed. The [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files with the incomplete code will be provided, you will have to incorporate your them into a test project for yourself. The code needs to be written in C# as this is a MONODROID/XAMARIN project. I will own all rights to the code.
