Need Sequential Frames for Android Live Wallpaper

In android to make a live wallpaper we need to show similar frames one by one frequently. I am an Android Developer and can develop the LiveWallpaper but I do not have knowledge of photoshop. So I will give an Image (a .gif file) and freelancer has to modify it and make 6 to 7 frames, that will give animated effect when showed one by one(one after one) frequently. Deliverable: set of 6 to 7 .gif files that gives animated effect when shown one by one frequently.
