Hey there , WiFi or Wired it doesn't really matter as both of them will connect back to the same endpoint , all you need to do is host the website on a PC and make sure your firewall allows the incoming traffic on 80 or 443 depending on the protocol you are using . After that they can either just goto the IP of your machine or id you have a domain you'd like to use you would set that up on the server and just make sure the other PCs can Ping that domain and DNS is picking it all up correctly ..
