get notification in android when there is new data in mysql table

I have a device that sends data to the table on mysql. My device sends this value to mysql when the temperature rises and this value is saved. I want to receive a warning from my android mobile phone when a new data comes to mysql. This program works continuously in the background and will alert me if there is new data on the mysql database. I wrote the php side, created a mysql database, my device and the whole system are working actively. Everything is ready. i just need a small program that will alert on my android phone.
