Write an android app

***UPDATED DESCRIPTION: PLEASE READ!! I need an app written for using the SEEK Thermal Imaging Camera with the Galaxy S9 Android phone. The SEEK Thermal Imaging Camera in an accessory that plugs into the USP port on Android and IOS phones and devices. I want to use real time imagery taken with the thermal camera in the app and superimpose various selectable rifle and crossbow crosshairs over the live imagery. The crosshairs should be adjustable left/right and up/down, and should remain zeroed (stay in the exact same place) when the app is not being used so that the user can turn the app back on even days later, place it back into the bracket on the bow or rifle, and not have to sight it in all over again. The purpose of this app is to enable hunters to hunt feral hogs (which are rapidly destroying the environment) and other similarly largely nocturnal animals at night. The SEEK Thermal Imaging Camera is a short-range, inexpensive phone accessory that is more suitable for common everyday hunters than the $2,000+ thermal scopes that dominate the market. Ideally the app would also enable the hunter to use the phone's rear camera the same way when the thermal camera is not attached, so that it could be used during the daylight for normal hunting as well, and it should be able to record video in both the thermal and normal modes. For reference, you can view the Inteliscope App, version 2.3.24. All other versions of it require registration, and the website no longer exists and the company has gone out of business. You will have to google the version. Obviously I do not want to violate any copyright laws, and that app is just to demonstrate the concept I am looking for, with the addition of using the thermal camera. 1) This app is not a photo app! 2) This app is intended to turn a cell phone into a weapon sight by superimposing crosshairs over the screen while in photo/video mode while using the SEEK thermal imaging attachment (and potentially other similar ones) and using the phone's built in camera. a) The crosshairs must be adjustable b) They must remain in the same, exact position permanently (unless purposely changed by the user) once adjusted, after the app is exited and when it is turned on again c) There should be a selection of different types of crosshairs 3) You need to have some kind of knowledge or experience of working with apps that use both internal and external (USB) cell phone cameras 4) You should have some knowledge of thermal cameras/imagers and weapons sights so we can understand one another when communicating. You don't have to be an expert or even a hunter/shooter, just understand the topics. This is a specialty app dealing with USB peripherals (thermal cameras) that must be incorporated into the app. The weapon sight (crosshairs) location will change when the user switches from the thermal camera to the phone's camera, because the physical location of the camera lenses are not in the same place, so the flight of the arrow or bullet will be affected. The app has to compensate for that. 5) Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store and view some of the free rifle scope simulator apps. They are similar to what I want to do, except this will be transforming a cell phone into a real scope that is mountable onto a bow, crossbow, or small caliber rifle, and it can also use the thermal camera as well as the phone's built in camera.
