A site that I used to use frequently back in the day shut down a while ago. I was originally working on a project on this site but seeing as it has since shut down, I will need a new method to completing it. The site was called "[login to view URL]", it was a comic-making site where you could create your own heavily advanced characters and comic strips with ease. So what am I after? This short video here: [login to view URL] describes exactly what I am wanting: a drag and drop comic builder. I do not necessarily need /every/ little detail. All I really need is the navigational menus, the ability to drag and drop props/scenes/characters etc from these menus and place them in the strip. They should also be able to be moved by clicking and dragging. I will also need to be able to create/delete panels (boxes) as well as adjust their sizes. Watching the video linked above will give you a decent idea of what I need.
