This is a full time, long term position. We will start with 4 hours a day for the first week and progress to Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm Central Time. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to handle office admin duties. The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities at once. The office admin position is an entry-level position responsible for mainly data entry. Tenant Relations: Creating new leases and sending for signatures Fill out section 8 packets for new tenants Lease renewals Enter new tenants/properties Move tenants into system Check CHA/HACC portals for upcoming inspections Create tenant notices Enter late fees Maintenance: Close work orders upon completion Maintain maintenance timesheets Billing: Attach maintenance receipts in appropriate folders Pay utility bills on the websites Leasing: List new properties for rent Order marketing photos Create listing agreements Office Admin Qualifications: Professionalism Strong communication skills (English & Spanish) Independent Able to work at a fast pace Dedicated and detail-oriented Time management skills

Hello, I have a vast experience doing various jobs from selling shrink-wrapping machines to managing architectural conservation sites and many other jobs in between. I have also worked for a New York real estate broker on New York time for two years as his VA. He was very appreciative of my work. I did Excel, research, writing and speaking English on the phone etc. I am a calm, collected person who always takes the initiative. I have good common sense and know when to speak and when to listen. I live in a quiet and remote place (except for the chirping of birds).
