We are looking to convert to asterisk however I prefer someone who knows what they are doing to get us up and going first. Here is what we need done. 1. I have a in house desktop I would like to setup to run the Asterisk software. 2. I must have a control panel. So were looking at installing FREEPBX however I would need to speak to the developer first about his 3. Need installed into vtigercrm using the below instructional links. (pre-built) just has to be setup: [login to view URL] 4. Need a "operator softphone" style windows phone. If you suggest a softphone then please let me know. Were wanting as much control of the system as possible. This will have to be configured as well once installed. 5. I would like to start working on this today as this is a experimental change at this time.

Hi, I can assist you finish this today. I am working in voip company since 12 years. It is upto you to go with which GUI but I do not recommend using it. The reason is because you will have limited functionality what asterisk can offer + it will always be a risk (all asterisk GUIs are known to have bugs and security issues. Check their ticket systems) I can deliver this task before tonight. Let me know if interested.

What you are needing a whole can be implemented through elastix, which has all the built-in GUI platform, is installable on a computer, and as add-on's has SugarCRM and VtigerCRM and are not very difficult to set up, which if you must be very aware of is that computer you want to install, because that is the most basic of the asterisk, this requires some processing to handle the calls, about the softphone may recommend zoiperfree but we would have to discuss it because I do not know you want to use codecs
