Noah's Park Proposed Structures (kennels)

Proposing 5 additional structures for a kennel facility in CA. Need elevations of these 4 structures along the east side of property as shown on topo. Structure and roof measurements will step down on the aprox 20% grade as presented in sketch. Also, need drainage illustrated in foundation down middle of each structure and in between (breezewau) each structure leading to water treatment system (not shown on topo) that will be proposed adjacent to existing septic tank. Also, the proposed "training" room is not presented as an attachment but will be forthcoming. There will also be a water catchment system that will capture rain water off the roof system and be pumped up to the 3 - 5,000 water storage tanks shown in the northwest corner of the property. Landscape design is also needed along with retaining wall engineering behind the existing 660 sf and proposed training room structures - this extends into the parking area. All designs structures, drainage, landscaping, and retaining walls, must be very simple in design as enhance daily operational efficiencies. Fire sprinklers are also required throughout (C-16 license) per county code.
