Well have seen the files and there are 2 pdf files with plans in it and another is a 20 plus pdf file, looks like submission file to the respective dept for approval. Both are not the same, for the time frame varies. If its a single plan, then it can be completed in a days time, if it is not a wide spread area. if the pdf with 20 odd pages have to be done then the package is different and the time is also extended. Hope you agree with it. Lets start one project and shall see how it goes. My minimum project fees for one single pdf file like (Unit 2 & ADU & JADU (2)) would be 70 USD.
