We have had an architect generate drawings of our house with the additional of an extension and some re-modification of some internal walls. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with them owing to the price they wish to charge. We would like an architect to professionally measure up our current house, and then generate plans that incorporate our requirements. The plans must be fit for a complete planning application include all supporting paperwork such as design and access statement etc We have the complete drawings of the house we want. They are to scale... but they are missing the measurements. Hence the requirement for them to be transferred to "your paper".

I have experience in both new build residential, commercial and refurbishment. As a technologist, my skills are more focused on maximising the buildability of a project whilst being mindful of costs.
