Housing unit complex construction Initial Concept Phase

This preliminary and concept design phase of this project will include the plans for all the buildings, the elevations, sections, Site plan and 3D renderings for each building and the whole development in total. The housing unit complex will be built in a 2,500 square meters area. We don’t have a clue about how many buildings we can build there in addition to the open spaces, parking and landscaping area. The Project: The Residential Housing Complex. The project consists of building a Rental Residential Housing Complex exclusively for the workers working in the new Diamniadio Urban Pole located in Senegal (West Africa). The residential housing units are mainly for single workers and are not family based residential units. The units will be fully furnished and the monthly rental cost will be affordable because it will be subsidized on a sliding scale based on the worker’s salary. The housing complex will be built on 2,500 square meters (m2) and will comprised of X? buildings, having the following fully furnished housing units: • One-Bedroom apartment units; • Single Studios units with inside small kitchenette; • Single Studios units without inside small kitchenette with a common shared kitchen area; • Four-Bedrooms apartment units with each room having its own bathroom and a common shared living room, dining area and kitchen; • Dorm style 2 and 4 beds with common shared living area with no inside kitchen; • One of the building will be have One-Bedroom and Two-Bedrooms corporate style apartments; The shared facilities and spaces will include: • One (1) Multipurpose Events Hall / Banquet room; • One (1) Restaurant; • One (1) Grocery Store; • One (1) Gym; • One (1) Place of Worship (mosque); • Parking spaces; • Open spaces, landscaping and walking areas. Additional notes: The land has not been allocated yet. The purpose of this initial phase is to present the project to the local authorities for land allocation and to the investors for funding.
