There is no field work anticipated for the project. Elevations will be taken from google-earth or other satellite imagery.
Office Work
Designer will gather information from the County San Luis Obispo, CA, USA (SLO) regarding the APN and past permits. Designer will create plans to develop a site plan for the proposed site, showing general location of client- supplied residential home to be relocated. This will include 2 rounds of iteration. No permitting liaison, permit fees or permit drawings are included in scope.
Schedule
• Designer can have the initial site plan ready for review within 5 days of scope and discussion with client.
Deliverables
1. A PDF of the site plan drawing for the proposed relocation of the residential 1800 sq ft home located at 1878 Circle B Road, Paso Robles, CA, USA 93446.
Conditions
1) Client will provide the property data and information necessary for developing the site plan. 2) Client will provide any utility information to gather accurate lengths and elevations.
