Looking for an investor for my project

Description I have started an IT web based project (internet portal) in Europe (Slovenia). To pit it very shortly the vision of the portal is to become a reference point for those who are looking for best deal in banking service offers (bank loans, deposits, credit cards, online account fees, etc.). On one side there will be costumers (looking for the best deal) and on the other banks (looking for potential new clients). I have two options. Or to find an investor who will fund the development of the project on (the project is already running and can be seen on [login to view URL] – it is in Slovenian language for now), or to sell the whole portal. We, the team that build this, are all ex bankers and we know what in the banking sector is working and what not, and also know what banks are looking for. The project is a huge potential and I have the financial plan done, so serious investors or buyers are welcome. We can offer to the investors more than 45% per year, but the final turnover depends on the budget invested in the project.
