3 Digit LED voltmeter for indicating 230VAC

Hi I'll give you a very good solution with a low BOM so that it works out very economical during production. I am assuming a 3 digit alphanumeric LED display is ok with you. The solution will be assembled in a 2 layer PCB without SMD components of 4 x 3 cm size. I am assuming there are no strictures regarding the height of the solution as it will require that the IC be shielded from the mains area. The whole circuit will be mains powered as you wanted - plug it in and it will power up and display the voltage. I hope i got it correct. Regards Soumitra
