complete the following: This project is to determine if weather patterns are synchronized on any scale but for the sake of the experiment, we can do one geographical region like the US Example: if it is raining in New York City, is there a specific weather event happening in San Diego, California at the same time +/- a few hours. Hence, does the data show weather patterns may be synchronized.
