Traffic Density Analysis/Queue monitoring using Emgu CV

[login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please have a look at the above links which contains a video of what we are trying to replicate. We would like to know there are queues at the toll plaza. The software should be capable of reading an rtsp stream from camera and based on the video it should determine that the queues extend past a certain point. All the software should be done in using microsoft .net framework and c#. A dll should be provided which will raise an event when a queue is detected and also when the queue has been cleared. If you have not done any computer vision projects please do not apply for the job. It is important that the source code be done using .net C# and also with Emgu CV. Access to the video stream will be made available to the successful bidder.
