Need JPEG Converted To CAD Drawing

We have an attached JPEG which represents a floorplan for an upcoming tradeshow in the United States. We need the picture converted to an Auto-CAD drawing with the Auto-CAD source file delivered (so it can be edited later if necessary). Notes on the floorplan are below.... -? The black areas are carpeted and represent either 10 foot wide or 20 foot wide walkways -? The large black void space below will be for a fashion show of un determined size and for now must be left blank.
