Help with my Computer/Laptop/Device

I'm an artist more than a techie. I need advice on choices available to me computer/laptop wise, help with cloud, transferring photo libraries, and finding the best way I can work when not at my desk. I currently have an iMac but travelling more and more and will need a pc soon for subtitling software. So i'm looking for someone who could advice me on all that and help me once I need transferring stuff. I know I can find help with this on the net, but too much info to navigate and most of the time explanations are too technical. Would prefer someone in Phnom Penh.
