What the letter needs to be about- my best friend who is a single mother of a 5 year old little girl, the child only has her mom who went back to school and fixing to graduate in january with her associates in science and planning to start nursing school to be able to give her daughter a better life. She is the most caring and honest person you'll meet she would give her shirt off her back to help anyone in need. she is a good person and never been any kind of trouble and this charge is already affecting her she has lost her job and got turn down for 2 other jobs. If she is charged with a felony then she wont be able to finish nursing school that she has worked so hard for and not only will it affect her but that sweet little girl will be affected too. I have known anna for 15 or more years and even hired her a few times to help with short term care of sickly family members and she was nothing but the best, kind and very helpful each time. As for her boyfriend i'll admit he doesnt have a very good record but he has isn't no longer that guy who caught those charges back in 2016. He has came a very long ways, he stays away from all the people he use to hang out with. December will make him almost 2 years being clean and sober. Even tho that little girl isn't his kid you could never tell it if you was an outsider looking in, he treats her just like if she was his own, he loves that little girl to death and he is so protective of her and been of father to her then her actual dad. the poor man doesnt leave his house often. Ever since this whole mess he has vowed to never purchase anything off of anyone on facebook market. Trust and believe me these two are definitely are not the type that would do what they are being accused of. Both are highly against stealing let along buying stolen property.
