We are looking for an experienced mailchimp user to assist with the development of our monthly newsletters. Our clients book advertising in our newsletter by filling in a form on our website. Booking forms will be automatically sent to the successful freelancer when a booking is received. The freelancer will then need to enter the details from the booking form into a provided template. This job will start with 1 newsletter per month and will increase to 4 newsletters per month from June 2015. Each newsletter will start with around 5-10 entries and will increase in time. Populating the newsletter will be the primary, ongoing task but general administration assistance such as: document preparation, proofreading, online form development and database administration may also be required form time to time. This will be an ongoing arrangement.
