Real Estate Data Entry/Copywriting

This is writing only OR writing and data entry task. The task is to create content for a real estate website. There are a team of people working on this task with a deadline of about 8 days, I will assign new work daily based on the quality of your work and volume of work you can complete. If you want lots of work, then high quality results are a must, otherwise I redo your work and there is no point outsourcing it. In total there are 250 properties to write about. I will allocate you a web page with a property, you need to rewrite it in perfect English, write about the location and do some data entry, image download and zip into an MS Word document and email back MS Word doc with property number and images in a zip file with property number. I will be using google shared docs spreadsheet to allocate work on a daily basis, depending on the previous days quality/quantity of work. Budgets are $2.50 maximum for writing only or $3.50 maximum for data entry and writing. Do not bid above these amounts. Please enter a bid and turnaround time for initial 20 properties. Also please advise when you can start the work. Detailed instructions are attached. Payment will be via GAF. If we have not worked together previously, samples of previous work will help me to decide on your bid earlier.
