I have a computer program written in Visual Basic 6.0. My program is not documented very well. I need someone to create a .chm help file. I don't know much about them and don't want to take the time to learn, or the time to create it myself.
Although not absolutely necessary, tt is helpful if the person chosen for this job is experienced with using 3rd party software, knows VB6.0, and knows a lot about astronomy, especially celestial mechanics. Without knowledge in astronomy, it may be difficult to use the right terms to describe certain aspects of the program.
The person needs to learn how to use all the features in the program and make sure that no feature is left undocumented.
It would also be helpful if the person chosen for this job could give me a quick tutorial on how to edit the chm.
