Looking for a skilled developer to create a real estate auction site for commercial properties. I have existing branding and design guidelines that need to be followed. The site must include a reserve price option for bidding and a live bidding sistema . Ideal skills for the job include knowledge of real estate and auction sites, as well as experience with web development and design. For my business i Need to create an auction site in which buyers can made offers for the real estate asset. The real estate asset Will be listed by the central management and for Italian law we must to have the possibility of accept or deny the offers by the admin platform. It Is essential that the site is a native creation website or almost NOT a WordPress plugin In the site we Need 2 interfaces: 1) Admin nterface 2) Buyer interface. In the admin interface we must can to create new auctions and post It. When a buyer makes an offer we must to have a functionality for which we can approve or deny the offer according to the Italian Law. The admin also must have the possibility to schedule the price of start and also the duration of the auction In buyer interface, buyers can do offers and then they can send a scannerized buying offer to the admin. I don't have preferences about used technologies but i Need that the site Will be a native site. Deadline: 1 month
