Our organization seeks a detail-oriented executive assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel. The ideal candidate must multitask efficiently, focus on company goals, and enhance profitability. They play a key role in our company's growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to client inquiries. Assist with daily operations, meetings, account setups, and research. Update CRM with meeting notes and track project workflows. Supervise departments for financial success and ethical work. Enforce company policies, procedures, and goals. Organize internal files for efficiency. Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and officials. Track invoices and process expense reports. Provide logistical support for meetings and events. Work with external finance team for accurate transactions. Manage the company's website, emails, and social media. Excel in time management and administrative duties. Support sales, accounts, and financial success. QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor. Proactive and adaptable team player. Works effectively under pressure. Maintains confidentiality and strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Data entry or administrative experience is a bonus. Dynamic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual a plus but not required. QuickBooks and finance knowledge a plus. Analytical and efficiency-focused. Reliable and trustworthy with high regard for confidentiality.
